Daniela Pereyra

Daniela is a native of Peru who moved to Charlotte, NC at the age of 10. After finishing college in NC, Daniela moved to Los Angeles, CA for 3 years, then Charleston, SC for 1 year and Dover, DE for 2 years where she started her real estate business at the beginning of 2020. After experiencing different places, she returned to Charlotte as it felt like home. Daniela is a real estate broker licensed in 2 states (NC & DE), a real estate investor, a landlord, and public speaker – although she considers her most important titles to be daughter, sister, and friend. Her business is focused on residential real estate, representing home buyers and sellers, and over the last 3+ years, she has established a nationwide network of referral partners for out-of-state relocations.

An alumna of Elon University with a degree in Communications and Business, and a professional background in marketing, Daniela is driven by storytelling and relationship building. During her time at Elon, she loved being a tour guide and illustrating an experience for her guests. Now as a REALTOR®, she sells her clients on more than just houses, but the experience of transitioning between homes with her by their side.

Daniela has built her multi-faceted business providing a concierge level of service to her clients. Her areas of expertise are: primary and secondary residences, first-time homebuyers, and corporate and military relocations. Her belief in leading with care and having a memorable presence is the reason Daniela has intentionally turned her profession into a lifestyle.
